Managing Director

The Managing Director oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of BBG. They directly manage staff and oversee Chapter Development, Communications and Marketing, and administrative systems. Responsibilities include HR management, fostering a healthy workplace culture, supervising volunteers and interns, conducting staff meetings, and updating policies. The MD collaborates with the Executive Director, advising on vision and strategy. They may occasionally travel as a stand-in for the ED and serve on Board Subcommittees.
Chapter Leader
Beats By Girlz Phoenix, AZ
The Chapter Leader will manage and oversee the four events ranging from August 2023 to March 2024. For each of these events they will need to manage a set budget, coordinate and execute the event, work with volunteers and interns, document and keep records of the events, use social media and press outlets for marketing and communications, and keep track of and engage attendees.

We are seeking 1-2 interns for the 2023 Fall semester to help with our global initiatives as well as in-person events for our BBG PHX chapter.
This is a hybrid position, interns will work remotely as well as in person for meetings and events in Phoenix, AZ. This position is equivalent to a 135 hour, 3 credit internship which roughly estimates to 8.5 hours a week per semester and will last from August 15th to December 15th, 2023. The hours are flexible, except for when there are meetings and events. This position is an internship for credit and includes a stipend.
